During his 10 years at Macquarie Relationship Banking, Matt developed an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and the issues facing real estate agents. Matt is well regarded in the industry for developing innovative banking solutions to help real estate agents maximise their income and improve business productivity.
Matt successfully facilitated many mergers and acquisitions at Macquarie Bank, always matching the right buyer and seller. MC rent roll broking was born from Matt's vision that there was a gap in the market for a professional with a strong understanding of rent roll transactions, to facilitate a successful sale for buyer and sellers.
Matt’s success has been built on commitment to his clients. His professional, personalised and supportive approach has seen him build solid, long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Katharine was born into a family with a history and passion of buying, selling, building and investing in property and development. She began her career as a rookie agent at CBRE Commercial CBD, before departing from commercial real estate. Moving into a suburban residential office, Katharine quickly progressed to a Portfolio managerial position.
After reaching a development road block Katharine decided to part ways with the suburban real estate business she was associated with to pursue a career in residential management within the Sydney CBD. It was here that she honed the skill of critical thinking and correcting problems whilst working through challenging rent rolls, bringing on new business in all forms and in large numbers. It was in this capacity that Katharine first took charge of the integration and transition of a newly purchased rent roll, gaining a unique and diverse knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
In 2006, Katharine opened her own real estate consultancy business, which has provided services to many real estate offices, covering:

Whilst within this business, Katharine assisted with setting the structure for a National property management company.
Katharine has worked within the Sydney CBD, Upper North Shore and the Inner West, in addition to travelling throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia to conduct training courses and consulted to businesses and clients alike. Katharine has been a keynote speaker, advising leading franchise organisations and commercial business entities and held Senior Leadership roles throughout her career with her last appointment being with LJ Hooker Corporate. While heading up the mergers and acquisitions for LJ Hooker and its network Katharine found that supporting business owners and purchasers to be the gap within the industry and therefore identified that her consulting offering could bridge the knowledge barrier on how to make a successful rent roll acquisition a more pleasing experience with an optimal result. A natural progression from her career beginnings and one she has enjoyed nurturing and continues to grow.
When not working, Katharine enjoys spending time at her local beaches with her three children and her family. Katharine also has a passion for the countryside, and riding horses whenever she can.
